You’ll fill professional and technical positions across multiple industries, including:Accounting & FinanceEngineering & TechnicalLegal & ComplianceHuman Resources & AdministrativeOperations & Professional ServicesThis is an onsite role based in our Rockwall headquarters - ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with a high-energy, growth-focused team while engaging directly with local businesses and top talent.What You’ll DoOperate a full-desk recruiting model, managing both clients and candidates.Develop new client relationships while servicing an existing book of business.Proactively source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in permanent roles.Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and terms of employment.Maintain accurate pipeline and performance metrics in CRM/ATS systems.Represent TrendHR with professionalism, integrity, and energy.What We’re Looking ForDemonstrated history of $300K+ minimum annual perm placement billings.Minimum 3 years of experience in direct-hire or professional recruiting (agency environment strongly preferred).Proven success running a full desk - both business development and recruiting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organization and sense of urgency; thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Must be able to work onsite in Rockwall Monday through Friday.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (No Draw!)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysEstablished brand reputation with 30+ years in the North Texas marketLocal, family-oriented culture with long-term growth opportunitiesJoin a proven team where your success is directly rewarded - and your results speak for themselves!
