AnRK Partners is a new-age HR and workforce solutions firm helping organizations transform through Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Outsourcing, and Academia Connect.We’re hiring a HR recruiter Executive with experience in HR Consulting / Recruitment Agency to fulfill the requirement on time.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and networking.Manage and update candidate pipelines in internal trackers or CRM systems.Coordinate between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.Maintain a database of active and passive candidates for future roles.Support in offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate engagement.Must-Have Qualifications1 year of experience as a Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive in an HR Consultancy or Staffing Firm.Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-moving environment.Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse clients across industries.Mentorship and career growth in a performance-driven culture.Friendly and supportive work environment.📧 Apply Now: siddharth@anrkpartners.in
