This rolerequires experience recruiting across multiple clients and job types inthe aerospace industry. The recruiter is responsible for meeting hiringgoals by identifying, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates.Responsibilities include managing the full recruiting life cyclesourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, andsupporting onboarding. Success in this position depends on strongorganization, sound judgment, and clear communication. While primarilyonsite at our corporate office, the role also uses remote tools (e.g.,Microsoft Teams) to collaborate with clients, candidates, andcolleagues.Essential Functions Partners with hiring managers, account managers, and HR toQualifications.understand open position requirements, responsibilities, and Reviews job descriptions and evaluates resumes side by side todetermine candidate fit. Manages multiple requisitions at once, balancing speed with qualityto meet client demands. Builds and maintains a proactive talent pipeline through job boards,networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. Screens and interviews candidates to assess skills, experience, andcultural alignment. Coordinates the interview process and prepares candidates for clientinteractions. Accurately maintains candidate records and communications in theapplicant tracking system. Verifies prior employment and references as needed. Provides insight on market trends, candidate availability, andcompetitive pay. Uses Microsoft Teams and related tools to collaborate with remotecolleagues and clients. Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, andclient-specific requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant screening, andinterviewing techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, andcandidate management systems. Awareness of EEO, ADA, and other employment regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.COMPETENCIESOrganization & Independence: Handles multiple client requisitions withminimal supervision.Analytical Evaluation: Expert in aligning resumes with job requirementsand identifying gaps.Interviewing Expertise: Skilled in engaging candidates, uncoveringrelevant experience, and assessing fit.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting withclients, candidates, and internal teams.Partnership: Works closely with HR, account managers, and hiring teamsto ensure smooth hiring processes.
