We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring technical, engineering, and commercial roles within the Real Estate or Construction sector. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that attracts top talent.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires.Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.Source and attract candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for different positions.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the real estate and construction industries.Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career events when needed.
