The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire hiring process from identifying staffing needs to interviewing and hiring employees. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with candidates and managing onboarding processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the Real Estate industry is a MustExperience in sourcing, screening candidates, and conducting interviewsAbility to develop job descriptions and post job advertisementsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding and experience with various job boards and HR databasesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage the onboarding process for new hires
