We are a lifestyle brand!If you are looking to join an awesome team, have a positive working environment and live a healthy and active lifestyle, we offer an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and ever-growing brand in this industry.We are on a mission to provide the world with simple, wholesome food and beverage items that fit today's lifestyle, offering an intimate yet fast and consistent experience every day, 365 days a year.We love and take pride in what we do, and we are looking for the right partners to grow with us.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for our DC Metropolitan Area store-level roles.Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openings.Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and recruitment requirements to develop recruitment strategies that support their objectives.Engage in community outreach activities, build relationships with local organizations, attend job fairs, and develop partnerships to attract diverse talent pools and develop a comprehensive approach to innovative talent sourcing and pipelining.Organize and execute hiring events, including open houses and recruitment sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficiently.Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.Update and maintain internal HR databases with accurate candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Serve as ambassadors in the field, driving adoption of HR corporate initiatives and ensuring consistent communication and execution across locations.REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in the hospitality or service industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Thorough knowledge of labor laws.Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.Strong relationship-building skills; able to influence and partner with field leadership.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.BENEFITS:Health & Wellness - Medical, Dental & VisionPTODiscounted MealsGrowth Opportunities401(k) Plan with Company MatchThe general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to this job classification are contained in this job description.
