In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates across the globe, primarily for sales-related roles, ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience and strong talent pipeline for our international partners.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate candidates for global vacancies, especially in sales and customer-facing roles.Conduct structured interviews and assessments following Dreamport’s standards.Coordinate interview steps with hiring teams across different time zones.Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates.Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.Support employer branding and talent sourcing initiatives as needed.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably sales or high-volume hiring).Strong communication and interviewing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
