With clients at the heart of every growth decision, Gersh is harnessing strategic insights and decades of experience to strengthen its resources, empowering clients to realize success across all areas of the media landscape.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join the Gersh HR team. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to the Director of Talent Acquisition in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers and developing pipelines of talent to support Gersh’s growth and success.DutiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and develop pipelines of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, university career centers, networking and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Oversee annual recruitment and management of Internship & Externship programs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS).Initiate and/or execute new hire onboarding processes (including reference and background checks, offer letters and new hire paperwork).Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Provide support on ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years as a recruiter.Experience recruiting within entertainment industry.Strong interpersonal communication and follow through skills.Excellent attention to detail with a keen sense of judgment.Exceptional level of customer service with hiring managers and candidates.Effective ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool.Knowledge of CA & NY employment laws and hiring best practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting with Greenhouse ATS platform.Agency recruiting experience.Early career/campus recruiting experience.Compensation $90-100K (DOE)Full benefits packageEqual Opportunity StatementGersh is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
