Our Media Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you will manage complex scheduling, interview logistics, and ad-hoc coordination to support the Talent Acquisition function. You will deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and effective prioritization. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Responsibilities:Recruiting CoordinationOwn end-to-end coordination for virtual and in-person interviews.Manage scheduling logistics, calendars, and candidate documentation accurately and efficiently.Maintain timely and accurate data in applicant tracking systems.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through proactive communication.Deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.Prioritization & AdaptabilityManage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate urgency and a solution-focused mindset to improve processes and execution.Communication & ExpertiseAct as a subject matter expert on recruiting coordination processes.Communicate timelines, expectations, and best practices clearly to internal teams.Confidentiality & ComplianceHandle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.Operational SupportPartner with Talent Acquisition Operations on administrative tasks, systems support, and policy inquiries to ensure smooth operations.Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistant roles, or business operations support.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar) with demonstrated ability to create polished presentations and documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Computer savvy with experience delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Professional and courteous demeanor under pressure.Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
