The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for academic, administrative and support roles within the school. The role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers and ensuring smooth onboarding, while maintaining compliance with UAE school hiring standards and supporting the organisation’s manpower needs in a timely and professional manner.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for academic, administrative and support staff positions.Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.Screen applications for qualification, experience, notice period, salary fit and role suitability.Coordinate and schedule interviews with SLT / Department Heads, ensuring timely communication.Conduct HR screening rounds when required and share evaluation summaries with panel.Obtain approvals and prepare offer letters as per internal salary structure and hiring policies.Coordinate with HR Operations for document collection, visa processing, KHDA/DHA/DoE compliance and onboarding formalities.Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and weekly hiring reports for management review.Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure strong employer branding.Ensure adherence to UAE labour law, school regulatory requirements and internal hiring protocols.Skills Recruitment Expertise — Strong ability to source, screen and shortlist candidates across academic, administrative and support roles.Interview Coordination — Skilled in managing interview schedules, panel communication and candidate follow-up with accuracy and speed.Stakeholder Management — Ability to work closely with Principals, HODs and HR teams, balancing urgency with quality and policy.Communication Skills — Clear, professional written and verbal English; confident in candidate conversations and negotiation.Compliance Awareness — Understanding of UAE labour law and school-sector compliance such as KHDA/DHA/DoE requirements.Data & Reporting Skills — Proficient with MS Excel/ATS/HRIS for trackers, offers, SLAs and weekly hiring dashboards.Time & Priority Management — Ability to handle multiple roles at once and deliver within hiring timelines.Professional Conduct — Maintains confidentiality, candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring cycle.We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our British curriculum school in Dubai.
