The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, developing and maintaining a candidate pipeline, collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Other tasks may include conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and coordinating onboarding processes.
