This position supports full-cycle recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience, adherence to compliance standards, and alignment with company-wide recruiting strategies. Operating within a decentralized HR structure, the Recruiter partners closely with local HR teams, hiring managers, and FAST to ensure effective, efficient, and consistent recruitment practices that support business growth and workforce planning.ResponsibilitiesPartner with local HR and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring needs, and desired candidate profiles.Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple functions and geographiesSource candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and professional networksDraft, post, and manage job advertisements in accordance with internal processes and compliance guidelines.Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and support interview scheduling and logistics across teams.Support hiring managers with structured interview guidance and facilitate timely feedback loops.Coordinate offer processes, including background checks and documentation, in collaboration with HRDeliver an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding.Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal hiring laws and internal recruitment policies and practices.Support the implementation of enterprise-wide recruiting tools, processes, and employer branding efforts as rolled out by FAST.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, staffing, or HR support role; corporate or agency experience a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Basic understanding of employment law and recruiting compliance. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in candidate and stakeholder interactions. Bilingual language skills preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events.Travel RequirementsThis position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasionaltravel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, orcompany events.
