This role will handle employee records, benefits administration, and payroll tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across all HR functions.ResponsibilitiesJob Duty 1 - Coordinate Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management.Job Duty 2 - Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Job Duty 3 - Support data analysis, reporting, and data visualization to drive Human Resource decision-making.Job Duty 4 - Coordinate with Human Resource teams to ensure smooth execution of workforce administration processes.Job Duty 5 - Implement updates and enhancements to Human Resource systems to improve data management efficiency.Job Duty 6 - Provide user support and training on Human Resource systems and processes.Job Duty 7 - Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity.Job Duty 8 - Assist in compliance audits and regulatory reporting related to workforce administration.Job Duty 9 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize Human Resource systems performance.Job Duty 10 - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsEducational RequirementsAssociate's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Required ExperienceFour or more years of relevant experience.Preferred QualificationsPreferred ExperienceFour years of job-related experience.Proposed SalarySalary Range: $55,029 to $69,139 Annually ($26.46 to 33.24 per hour)AbilitiesKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
