Role Description =This is a full-time remote position for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization. Key responsibilities include creating and posting job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building a strong team that supports organizational growth and goals.Qualifications =Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting strategies, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selectionStrong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsExperience in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databasesAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of employment laws and hiring best practicesPrevious experience in healthcare industry recruitment is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredRequirements =At least an i5 processor with 8gb of RAM200mbps internet speedDual-screen setupAvailability to work full-time in EST time zone (8h daily)Great English skills!Previous experience recruiting a high number of applicants.
