This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for hourly roles, mid-level salaried positions, and sales professionals across the flooring and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, workforce dynamics in skilled trades, and a passion for building high-performing teams.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse and administrative positions, mid-level salaried professionals, and sales representatives.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer processes.Ensure accurate and timely candidate and process documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS).Leverage industry knowledge to identify and attract candidates.Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
