Lets get in touch.What Youll Be DoingHiring world-class Infrastructure, SRE, Cloud, Platform engineers and leaders for Revolut globallyPartnering closely with Heads of Engineering and Tech Leads to define hiring needs and design interview processesOwning end-to-end recruitment for critical infrastructure roles (ICs and leadership)Building strong, diverse pipelines through direct sourcing and market mappingAdvising stakeholders on market insights, hiring trends, and competitive intellignceRunning efficient processes: from first message to signed offerEnsuring a best-in-class candidate experience at every stageExperimenting with and implementing modern sourcing strategies to boost efficiency and qualityWhat Youll Need3+ years of experience as a Tech Recruiter, including Infrastructure / Cloud / DevOps / SRE / Platform hiringStrong understanding of modern infrastructure stacks (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, etc.)A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIsExperience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managersTechnical acumenAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment effortsSolid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsFamiliarity with ATS and recruitment analytics toolsStrong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailHigh ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our visionExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenFluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintechFluency in other languagesBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
