ResponsibilitiesTake charge of end-to-end recruitment for the company in Thailand and subsequent expansion to Southeast Asian countries including Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. This covers clarifying recruitment needs, resume screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support for new hires.Participate in minor HRBP-related work, such as assisting in building local employee communication mechanisms and coordinating with teams to complete basic personnel collaboration tasks.QualificationEducation & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, with engineering background preferred.Work Experience: Possess recruitment experience in the industrial sector (both in-house corporate or executive search firm background is acceptable).Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai (Thai locals are preferred), and proficient in either English or Chinese (able to use it as a working communication language).Others: Have cross-regional recruitment thinking; previous recruitment experience in the Southeast Asian market is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently advance the recruitment process.
