The team @ Magna Search Group is extremely busy and looking for the BEST of the BEST!We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Recruiter to manage full-cycle searches, someone who can take a job opening from kickoff to placement while confidently managing both clients and candidates. You should be comfortable engaging and selling to C-suite executives and take full ownership of the recruitment experience. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Vancouver office.You should be tech-savvy, a natural communicator, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where every role you fill directly drives impact.We're only considering candidates who:Have strong experience in sales and recruitment - must be able to source and speak to candidatesAre confident presenting and defending candidates over the phoneKnow how to build and manage client relationships effectivelyCan move quickly and consistently deliver resultsIn This Role, You Will:Own full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closingPartner with clients and hiring managers to deliver quality hires, fastTake on job orders handed to you—and uncover your own to grow your deskManage both the candidate and client side with clarity, urgency, and professionalismAsk Yourself:Are you persuasive, organized, and composed under pressure?Can you juggle multiple searches and priorities without dropping the ball?Are you confident on the phone, with clients and candidates alike?Are you hungry to close deals, drive revenue, and grow quickly?If you're nodding “yes” to all of the above, we should talk.What You’ll Do:🔎 RecruitmentSource, screen, and schedule top-tier talentOwn the recruitment process from first contact to final offerUse tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, and CRMDeliver a standout candidate experience, every timeRun your own desk and drive results at speedSales & Business DevelopmentSupport prospecting: outreach via email, calls, and LinkedInPrep and lead discovery calls with hiring managersHelp grow our client base with strategic outreach and executionTrack KPIs and maintain pipeline visibility in CRMLearn to pitch, negotiate, and close like a proAccount ManagementOwn client communication and schedulingKeep internal teams aligned on priorities and progressBring energy, ideas, and ownership to daily team huddlesWhat You Bring:Experience in recruitment, sales, or client service rolesBachelor’s degree, or equivalent business acumenExcellent communication—written and verbalTech skills: Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, LinkedIn, etc.High energy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetA hunger to grow, own your results, and build something greatWhat’s in It for You:Base + Commission | $3,500–$5,000/month drawPerformance bonuses per filled roleWork 3–10 roles at a time with full ownershipOTE: $100K–$250K+ in Year 1Build a desk that’s yours, with real support and leads.Commission Structure:You’ll earn commission on roles assigned to youYou’ll earn a higher commission on job orders you bring in yourself
