Experience managing full recruitment cycles — from job briefing to offer stage — preferred. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability. Proficient in using ATS or CRM systems (e.g. JobAdder, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or equivalent). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple roles and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Proactive, professional, and motivated, with a positive attitude and strong sense of initiative.Core responsibilities: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements. Manage job advertisements and ensure accurate, appealing job postings across multiple platforms. Build and maintain a talent pool of active and passive candidates. Support client engagement activities by preparing shortlists, interview schedules, and status reports. Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and timelines. Coordinate interview logistics and manage follow-ups between clients and candidates. Assist in preparing client proposals, recruitment reports, and placement documentation. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM with candidate records, job status, and interview outcomes. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports.
