The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Other responsibilities may include maintaining talent pipelines, evaluating candidate qualifications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to meet organizational objectives effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with candidates and hiring stakeholdersExperience in talent pipeline development and recruitment marketingOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesKnowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analysis in recruitmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with the local job market and workforce trendsPrevious experience in corporate or agency recruitment is advantageous
