Our busy team seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter who can oversee staffing needs and help find, attract, and retain top talent. The preferred candidate should have 3 years of corporate recruitment experience, strong employment law and human resources knowledge, and stellar communication skills. This position is fully remote within Puerto Rico Metro area.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, and associate attorneys.Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates.Leverage candidate search opportunities through multiple channels like networking groups, colleges, and service organizations.Utilize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, referrals, job fairs, LinkedIn, job boards, and high-volume cold calling.Keep detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills are desired.Bachelor’s degree is required.Relevant knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and human resource policies and guidelines are vital.Familiarity with MS Office, Zoom, Applicant Tracking Systems, and social media tools.3 years+ experience in corporate recruiting.
