This role plays a key part in supporting our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform searches for qualified candidates using multiple sources, including databases, networking, online job boards, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, and employee referralsRepresent Ad Astra at various events and act as the company’s ambassador to prospective clients and candidatesRespond to client requests or inquiries for recruitment services in a professional and timely mannerParticipate in daily and weekly team meetings, leadership sessions, and company improvement initiativesSupport continuous improvement efforts within the HR and Recruitment teamsComplete other assigned tasks and duties related to the recruitment functionQualificationsEducation: Associate Degree (required)Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment or related experienceRequired Skills and CompetenciesExcellent active listening and attention to detailHighly organized with strong follow-throughClear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong coordination and public speaking abilitiesHigh level of social perceptiveness and empathySkilled in negotiation, judgment, and decision-makingAbility to handle complex problem-solving situations effectivelyRequired KnowledgeProficiency in English reading and writingStrong understanding of administration and management principlesFamiliarity with standard sourcing techniques and candidate qualification processesAwareness of recruitment trends and best practicesKnowledge of customer and personal servicePreferred Knowledge and SkillsUnderstanding of personnel and human resources managementExperience with high-volume recruitment and long-term project oversightHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing databasesProficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity toolsSkilled in social media recruiting and outreachIf you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking organization, we would love to hear from you.
