About the RoleWe are on the hunt for talented individuals passionate about a results-driven career and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.Job Title: RecruiterLocation: Toronto or VancouverType: Hybrid (4 days on-site)Start date: January 5, 2026 or January 12, 2026Salary: $40,000 (Base) + Uncapped Commission and benefitsResponsibilitiesQuickly review client job requirements, identify key skills, and source strong candidates who fit the role.Manage the offer stage, including salary discussions and negotiations with candidates.Ensure each candidate’s experience, goals, and availability align with the needs of the hiring team you support.Build and nurture long-term candidate relationships to maintain a dependable talent pipeline.Work within a competitive, performance-driven environment, consistently aiming to surpass targets and metrics.Stay connected with contractors through regular in-person meetings, including coffees, lunches, and events.Independently manage recruitment activities and take on any open hiring opportunities as needed.Take full responsibility for each hiring process, using creative sourcing strategies such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms to attract top talent.Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey, offering support with resume optimization and interview preparation.What you bringThrive under pressure and embrace new challenges with confidence.Highly competitive and motivated by targets, results, and personal growth.Decisive, action-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Tech-savvy and able to navigate ATS systems, VMS platforms, and Microsoft Suite.Experienced in sales-driven, high-volume, or KPI-focused environments.Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
