We help our candidates make a smooth transition in Japan while giving them job security.For more information, you may visit: www.smallworld.asiaAbout the position:We are currently looking for a Tech Recruitment Specialist who will join our growing team in Tokyo, Japan.We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments that influence our clients hiring needs.As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:Identifying and building networks with top talents within the IT industry in the Japanese marketSource mid-senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businessesScreen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clientsConduct in person interviews with candidates to advise on current job market and offer suitable career adviceContinuously build relationships with candidates and clientsManage interview process from initial client/candidate introduction to offer stage, and conduct regular check-ins with placed candidatesWrite and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channelsRequirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills with attention to detailHigh self-motivation and drive for successAbility to work independently in an agile environment as well as collaborate as part of a teamGood interpersonal and decision-making skills.Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid networkDesired Skills:Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidatesUnderstanding of the recruitment industry, in addition to Japan’s current market conditionsA good understanding of technology and technical skills.Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesLanguage Requirements:English - Business LevelJapanese - Preferred but not necessaryLocation:Tokyo, Japan
