So do we, and so do our clothes.Position Overview:The Recruiter (Corporate & Retail) is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to source, select, and hire top talent for the retail stores. In addition, the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics/key performance indicators, processes, systems and tools and delivering a quality candidate experience; and contributing to the representation of the Theory & Helmut Lang culture. This role will additionally be responsible for some Corporate Recruitment functions. Responsibilities:Identify and hire for all store level employees, including management positions, for the Theory US stores. Focus will be on Full-Price Stores. Source, screen, refer applicants, and schedule interviews in partnership with the store leadership and Executive Management to ensure all steps of the selection process are completed.Post job advertisements and maintain job requisition information in the Workday applicant tracking system to ensure quality, effectiveness, and meeting EEO standards.Lead talent strategy and internal development alongside Store Leadership & HR business partners.Gain information and insight from HR business partners and business stakeholders on staff forecasting to ensure recruitment efficacy.Educate store leadership on the recruitment process and action based on individual needs.Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process, from job description content, interview cadence, and throughout the candidate experience.Lead on the development of a Standard of Operating Procedure (SOP) to illustrate the recruitment lifecycle and the partnership between the TA and HR Business partner functions.Maintain accurate and organized recruitment & applicant files in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team in achieving key performance indicators, talent pipelining, sourcing external partnerships (ie, via Universities) and additional job boards, and driving overall recruitment strategy.Responsible for reconciling monthly recruitment metrics and reporting: time to hire, cost per hire/ indirect savings, and Workday open requisition data. Lead recruitment strategy through leveraging VOS; leading grassroot recruitment and identifying innovative ways to improve candidate outreach.Responsible for drafting offer letters, supporting background check process, and hand off for onboarding. Leads the creation of compelling recruiting materials in partnership with TA Manager and L&D team, to be presented during internal training sessions (Learning Library and/or TA office hours).Partner with the HR Operations and Legal team to review wage transparency and support the alignment of internal compensation tools.Lead recruitment events, hosted either onsite, or in retail markets to further drive brand awareness and source/recruit talent.Lead the Corporate (SSC) onsite candidate interview experience, from coordinating interviews, greeting candidates, and facilitating the interview cadence and hand off.Drives the the Corporate (SSC) processes related to Headcount Meetings and manages the collection of related Executive approvals. This includes managing the Bi-weekly Headcount Meeting with Executive members.
