Position: RecruiterLocation: Fully Remote (Global Team)Rate: $4–$7 USD/hour (depending on experience)TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned fashion startup reinventing the sunglasses industry with solution-oriented designs and unapologetically bold branding. Since 2016, we’ve grown from a bootstrapped e-commerce brand to a global business serving hundreds of thousands of customers, with an engaged community of influencers, creators, and loyal fans.We’re not here to follow trends - we create them. Our sunglasses are tangle-free, floatable, foldable, and sustainably made - and we’re just getting started.Now, we’re looking for a Recruiter who will take ownership of the entire hiring process across our global team - from job creation to offer stage. This is a full-stack recruiting role that requires strong communication, organizational, and evaluation skills. You’ll partner closely with our HR Manager and department heads to attract A-Players, refine our hiring processes, and help build a world-class remote team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle across departments - from job posting to offer acceptance.Write engaging, brand-aligned job descriptions that reflect TopFoxx’s voice, values, and role expectations.Create and post listings across global job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.) tailored for each role’s market and level.Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates quickly and efficiently.Conduct and coordinate initial interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and alignment with our core values.Develop application forms, role assessments, and evaluation scorecards to ensure fair, data-driven hiring decisions.Partner with the HR Manager to prioritize candidates and move top applicants into the next stages of the hiring process.Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, ensuring organized and transparent reporting.Continuously improve sourcing strategies by leveraging platforms, referrals, and creative outreach.Represent TopFoxx’s culture and mission in every candidate interaction.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or digital industries.Proven success recruiting for both U.S.-based and international roles (LATAM, Asia, Europe).Strong written communication skills - able to craft job descriptions and outreach messages that excite top talent.Experience creating interview structures, candidate assessments, and evaluation frameworks.Highly organized and detail-oriented - you thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple open roles at once.Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Asana, TimeDoctor, and job boards.A proactive, self-driven mindset - you see yourself as a growth partner, not just a task executor.Passionate about people, company culture, and helping teams scale with integrity and excellence.What You’ll GetCompetitive hourly rate: $4–$7 USD (depending on experience)Fully remote and international teamOpportunities for growth into HR coordination and talent development rolesMentorship and collaboration with our HR Manager and COOA supportive, fast-paced environment built on kindness, ambition, accountability, and innovationFree sunglasses + generous product discountsThis isn’t a “resume screener” role - this is for someone who loves building teams, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is ready to help shape the next generation of TopFoxx talent.Apply now and help us find the next wave of innovators, creators, and growth partners at TopFoxx.
