Role Description This is a contract-based Recruiter role located on-site in Niš. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with the company’s values and culture. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and hiring managersExperience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesProficiency in planning and coordinating recruitment and onboarding processesOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is beneficialUnderstanding of employment laws and compliance processes is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
