(Prior experience recruiting within the Marketing/Advertising world is important.)What’s in it for you?Employment-Type: Permanent, Full-time, Salaried, paid as a Contractor (for tax benefits)Location: Fully remote (woohoo!)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, Flexible schedule with some required overlap with U.S. business hoursSalary: $800-$1,200 USD/month + Commission ($500+/month)13th month pay: noMedical Coverage: $50/month stipendPaid Vacation: 20 days (10 days of PTO + 10 US federal holidays)Non- Speaking position: This is primarily a sourcing-focused role, with the opportunity to grow into broader recruiting responsibilities over time.What will you be doing?Source and build candidate pipelines for every new search.Leverage CEO's LinkedIn network for referrals and outreach.Maintain and update the ATSUpdate and manage client-facing spreadsheets to reflect search status, interview schedules, and candidate movement.Manage candidate outreach, respond to candidates, and schedule interviews.What would make you a great fit?You’re fluent in English.You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing for Marketing roles in the U.S market.You have curiosity and a genuine interest in learning about the marketing and advertising space.You bring proven research skills — going beyond basic Google or AI searches.You have the ability to build and execute search strategies, including Boolean.You have experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, etc.Experience or knowledge of U.S. fashion, retail, or brand landscapes is a huge plus.Application Instructions:We want to meet the REAL you!
