QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico. Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positionsWork closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openingsSchedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verificationCreate new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientationsDetermine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staffSource applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networksCreate job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionIdentify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidatesPlan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative toolsExperience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling MUSTExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detailExperienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointCapability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationshipsExpertise within recruiting tools and technologiesCapability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote supportExperience within Human Resources preferredAvailable for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)Able to work remotely
