Overview:We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Temporary Staffing division on a full-time, hourly basis. This individual will play a key role in helping to onboard new Temporary employees and assist with light recruiting and sourcing efforts to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.Based in the New York Metro area, Taylor Hodson assists organizations in hiring the best talent for their teams. Our firm is distinguished by a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and unwavering integrity, setting the benchmark for quality in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate onboarding activities for new temporary employees, including collecting documentation, verifying employment eligibility, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.Communicate with candidates to guide them through onboarding steps and answer questions regarding assignments, payroll, and policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal databases.Conduct light sourcing and outreach to identify qualified candidates for active and upcoming roles.Provide general assistance to the Temporary Staffing team as needed.Qualifications:No work experience is needed but proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Comfortable managing confidential information and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.A proactive and adaptable team player with the ability to multitask effectively.Compensation:Full-time, hourly position$17–$20 per hour, depending upon experienceMonday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:30Hybrid: In-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
