Your contributions will directly support our efforts to attract and secure top talent, helping us build a strong and dynamic workforce.You will play a key role in supporting a variety of tasks and projects within our recruiting operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing data in the Applicant Tracking System, assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process, coordinating recruiting events, and supporting recruiting-related efforts. You will work closely with team members and consultants, participate in training sessions, and contribute to select team initiatives.Your Qualifications and SkillsPursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related fieldInitial experience in the HR environment, preferably in recruiting, gained during an internship or as a working studentExcellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environmentAbility to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverablesAbility to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)Ability to operate office equipmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Japanese and English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
