To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead who combines structure, communication, and people leadership in a fast-moving, international environment.This is not your standard recruitment role. Your responsibilities go far beyond sourcing candidates: you'll lead and support the team in making the perfect matches beween clients and candidates, handle HR-related questions and cases, and ensure every part of the process runs smoothly from start to finish. It's about monitoring, steering, teaching, and empowering your colleagues in the team, keeping performance high in a dynamic, constantly evolving setting.You will be the driving force behind our international recruitment team: setting and tracking clear KPIs,ensuring follow-up, and keeping everyone aligned and focused. You know how to give direction, holdpeople accountable, and create a team spirit where people are motivated to deliver their best, nomatter how the day develops.Your role•⁠ ⁠Lead, guide, and motivate the Employee Relations team in their daily work.•⁠ ⁠Monitor performance and KPIs, ensuring focus and follow-up.•⁠ ⁠Support and coach colleagues to deliver the best candidate–client matches.•⁠ ⁠Handle HR-related questions and ensure smooth process coordination.•⁠ ⁠Be the central link between operations, clients, and internal teams.•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to improve daily workflows and communication.•⁠ ⁠Help maintain our ATS/ERP systems efficiently.Your profile•⁠ ⁠Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR, ideally with some team coordination or leadership experience.•⁠ ⁠Strong communicator who connects easily and brings structure to the team.•⁠ ⁠Hands-on, approachable, and supportive.
