Location: Hybrid - Belgrade, SerbiaDepartment: Platform - PeopleReports to: Head of People OperationsAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Recruiting & People Specialist to join our growing People team in Belgrade. This person will be primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, interviewing, and closing exceptional talent in Serbia while also supporting local People Operations projects during slower hiring cycles.You’ll help shape the candidate experience, strengthen our employer brand, and build scalable recruiting processes as we grow from ~55 to 150+ team members by 2026. When hiring slows, you’ll jump in on People projects like onboarding, engagement, HR systems, and process improvements.This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who loves startups, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on exposure to both Recruiting and HR while growing into a well-rounded People professional.What You’ll Do:Recruiting (~70%)Manage the full recruiting cycle for roles across Customer Success, Operations, Engineering and other departments in SerbiaSource and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and creative outreachPartner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions and effective interview processesSchedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experienceMaintain data accuracy in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)Track key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.)Support employer branding and recruiting content initiatives. People Operations (~30%)Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departuresHelp maintain accurate employee records in HR systemsAssist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and eventsContribute to People team projects such as policy documentation, culture-building efforts, and HR process improvementsPartner with the Head of People and local leadership on special projects related to benefits, compensation, or performance programsWhat You Bring:1–3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR fieldExperience managing the full candidate lifecycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closingStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication in English and Serbian - you can craft great outreach messages and communicate clearly across teamsProactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
