That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.About The TeamThe Recruiting Program Management Team supports Stripe’s Recruiting Team through the implementation of various projects and programs designed to optimize for the caliber and productivity of Stripe’s Recruiting organization. Responsibilities include leading high-priority projects to improve operational efficiency, driving cornerstone programmatic offerings, influencing data-driven decision-making, and guiding change management. We are looking for a talented program manager to join our team.What you’ll doResponsibilities Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for at least one centralized recruiting program, such as Recruiter Enablement, Hiring Manager Enablement, etc. As DRI:Own the program’s annual goals (tracking, reporting, program-managing)Provide enablement to any users of the program: recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, etc.Maintain any knowledge articles about the program to ensure accuracyIdentify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possibleDevelop calibration and assessment rubrics, training guides, and educational content for all program participantsAs needed, support the Recruiting org on a variety of initiatives, including, but not limited to:Work closely with Global Recruiting Lead(s) and Recruiting Managers to identify and execute high-priority initiativesDevelop and lead recruiting-focused projects to support our hiring teams and leadershipLead cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and partnersLeverage data to define program success metrics and inform strategic decisionsDrive a positive candidate experience Proactively share data-centric updates with stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnershipsLead change management efforts across our recruiting teams and partnersContribute to other business-critical Recruiting initiatives as neededWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.Working remotely at StripeA remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.Pay and benefitsThe annual US base salary range for this role is $101,800 - $152,700. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
