Join our tight-knit teams of elite designers, engineers, marketers, and executors to make a real difference in the next generation of consumer products.Role OverviewSpearhead recruiting strategy and operations across our portfolio companies (industrial design, software, fashion, ecommerce, and more) by crafting effective recruiting strategies, managing talent pipelines, and maintaining a network of elite recruiters to attract and onboard top talent in fast-paced startup environments. This is a rare chance to work with an ambitious team of executors who are on a mission to create and offer superior product experiences across industries.The essential differentiating factor for this role will be your ability to quickly understand the unique needs of a given field and then solve their problem as fast as possible, all while you make sure that hired talent and onboarded recruiters are truly elite.
