We are creative, innovative, and never boring!Please read more about New U Therapy Center & Family Services here: www.newutherapy.comThis is a fully remote role ideal for someone based in the Philippines, looking to support a U.S.-based mental health care company.What You’ll DoLead and support end-to-end recruitment for clinical and admin positions such as Associate Psychotherapists (ACSW, APCC, AMFT) or Licensed Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologists), Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Billers, Medical VA, appointment schedulersSource top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingScreen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fitPartner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring needsMaintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant recordsStay updated on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and best practicesWhat You BringAt least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (mental healthcare recruiting preferred)Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related fieldStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalTech-savvy: comfortable with Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, and ATS toolsAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and social perceptivenessExperience recruiting U.S.-based clinicians and admin staff is preferred, such as Associate Psychotherapists (ACSW, APCC, AMFT) or Licensed Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologists), Psychiatrists, Nurse PractitionersPerks & BenefitsLong-term opportunity (based on performance)Friendly and professional work environmentFully remote - enjoy the comfort of working from homeFlexible scheduleCompensation$3–$4 per hour (based on experience)Paid bi-weekly via online transferReady to help us grow a team that changes lives?Apply now with your resume!New U Therapy Center & Family Services is an equal opportunity employer.
