Talent Acquisition Administrator – 4 weeksHybrid, London - CityFull time, Fixed Term, 35H Week Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum (pro-rata)Our missionThe overarching purpose of the Chartered Insurance Institute (‘the Institute’) is to educate and support our members to deliver services to the highest professional standards and to advocate for the public good. Your roleAs a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process during a period of high activity and system transition. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage candidate communications, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate data across platforms, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.You’ll take ownership of key administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from posting job adverts to supporting the implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System.
