As a Recruitment Administrator you will play a crucial role within the team, assisting in attracting and hiring top talent for various roles within the organisation. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential to ensure that our recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process for all vacancies, posting job adverts on various platforms, and managing applications and responsesCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the processAct as a first point of contact for candidates and coordinate feedbackEnsure all applicant information is accurately maintained and regularly updated within the applicant tracking system and associated databases, in full compliance with GDPR requirementsPre-screen candidates to identify qualifications and suitability for rolesParticipate in recruitment events and job fairs as required, promoting Evolution as an employer of choiceRequirementsBasic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage but not essentialStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining confidentialityA proactive, positive and enthusiastic attitudeThe ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships across the organisationProven competence in working under pressure and managing multiple prioritiesBenefitsWe are employee-owned!
