The Human Resources Administrator will oversee various HR functions, including employee records management, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role involves managing HR systems, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and contributing to the overall HR strategy. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsExperience with Benefits Administration and HR ManagementKnowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Familiarity with Labor and Employment LawStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environmentRelevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) or a degree in Human Resources or a related field are a plus
