TSP Social Media & Marketing Lead 📍 UK (Hybrid/Remote, with some London events)⏰ Engagement: Agency partner or part‑time consultant (2–3 days/week) TSP Ventures is scaling up our visibility and impact — and we’re looking for a hands‑on social media and marketing lead to help us tell our story. We are an early-stage venture investment firm. We back founders developing hard science and breakthrough technologies that can deliver a sustainable and secure future. Now we want to grow our voice, showcase our portfolio, and turn momentum into meaningful engagement across LinkedIn, press, and events.Why this role existsYou’ll own and grow TSP’s digital presence — especially on LinkedIn. Your mission: to turn portfolio and team activity into high‑quality, consistent storytelling that strengthens our brand and founder network. The role also covers light PR and event coordination, ensuring our external communications stay sharp, credible, and on brand.What success looks like·       A LinkedIn presence that compounds — 2–4 strong posts per week, growing followers & engagement.·       Maximising TSP’s existing marketing channels — deal announcements, website posts, events ·       Portfolio engagement — every portfolio win is amplified within 24h.·       Support with growing TSP’s investor-base — content and events driving qualified leads.·       On‑brand discipline — consistent tone, thesis alignment, and attention to compliance considerations.·       Adhere to the process — agree content calendar, follow approval process, and monthly KPI reporting. What you’ll do·       Lead TSP’s LinkedIn strategy: plan, write, and publish content.·       Amplify team-authored content. Support the team with drafting, editing, and proofing technical posts.·       Keep a 12‑week content calendar aligned to news, milestones, and events.·       Produce 2-4 original posts/week (mix of portfolio updates, founder stories, thesis / market insights and thought leadership)·       Coordinate asset creation (static, video, carousels) via light design or freelancers.·       Track performance and report actionable insights monthly.·       Coordinate press releases and maintain journalist relationships.·       Help manage investor events and community touchpoints.About you·       Experienced social media/marketing lead or consultant, ideally B2B or investor‑facing.·       Excellent LinkedIn copywriter — able to turn complex progress into compelling stories.·       Comfortable collaborating with technical experts and founders.·       Highly organised, proactive, and reliable — somebody who gets on and gets things done.·       PR literate — knows how to package a story, brief a journalist and get targeted coverage.·       Past experience of events coordination.·       A confident, collaborative, low-ego, organised team player. ·       Bonus: basic design/video editing skills or experience running small production pods.How to applyPlease submit your CV with a brief cover letter and a short proposal (with examples of work / past case studies and a sample 2-week content calendar for TSP with one full post) to TSP Ventures.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30‑minute call and a short practical exercise. For more about us: www.tspventures.co.uk
