We're looking for an organised, sharp Recruitment Administrator who excels at sourcing!This is not a full-cycle (360) recruiter role. Your focus will be on two key areas: keeping our hiring process smooth and finding great passive candidates.What You'll Do:Strategic Sourcing: Utilise expert Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates across niche tech rolesPipeline Building: Build and nurture deep, diverse talent pools for current and future openingsCandidate Hand-off & Conversion: Conduct screening, confirm qualifications, and drive candidates to formally apply using a unique, provided tracking link. Following application submission, you are responsible for immediately logging the candidate's name in the designated tracker before officially handing off the warm lead to the RecruiterMarket Intelligence: Track competitor and market activity to inform our overall talent acquisition strategyRequirementsWe're looking for individuals with the potential and the drive to excel, not necessarily years of experience.
