NeoWork is seeking a skilled Recruitment Assistant with proven experience in Healthcare Recruitment to support our client's growing talent acquisition needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals through various recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, Bullhorn, or similar). Support the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to onboarding assistance. Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and availability. Prepare concise candidate summaries and recruitment reports for internal and client review. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to meet hiring goals and quality standards. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processRequirements 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.). Experience handling high-volume recruitment or specialized healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, therapists, medical staff). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
