Recruitment & Client Success Coordinator

P Square Services Ltd is expanding and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment & Client Success Coordinator to join our team and support our growing hospitality recruitment operations.Requierments:Strong communication & organisational skillsWell knowledge of Microsoft office English required (Greek is an advantage)Confident when speaking with clients and candidatesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience with interviews is a mustPrevious experience in hospitality is an advantage Key Rensposiblities:Communicating with clients to gather job details and understand their staffing needsCoordinating job posts with our Social Media Manager and reviewing ad guidelinesContacting leads and presenting job opportunitiesPreparing or collecting CVs/screening formsForwarding candidates' CVs/screening forms to clientsMatching candidates with suitable rolesScheduling interviews and following up with clients and candidatesAssisting with salary discussions when requiredFollowing up after placement to ensure smooth onboardingCollecting information for invoicingMaintaining organised records, databases, and documentationProviding support for urgent hospitality placements (occasional weekend communication)Compensation:Salary based up to 1000 Euros for the first 6 monthsCommission on each successful placementMonday–Friday (6 hours per day)Career growth within a rapidly expanding recruitment agency
