We will also not rule out anyone who already has some recruitment experience but wants to press the ‘restart’ button.What you would doLearn and successfully demonstrate Nicoll Curtin selling techniquesDevelop and demonstrate effective headhunting skillsClient knowledge - market mapping, booking meetingsWork with your manager to put together a business development plan that you can executeScreen and interview candidates to develop a strong candidate databaseThrough experience and training, develop the ability to match candidates with positions based on skills and motivationMaintain appropriate contact with clients and candidates throughout interview process, including follow upObtain references for candidates and establish new relationships where possibleDemonstrate ability to create and advertise professional Job Descriptions of an NC standardGenerate and share leads within the team/divisionContinuous research into the recruitment/business landscapeWhat we can offerWe have an excellent track record of developing leaders and amazing recruiters – our top billers in the Singapore office began life with us as a trainee!And of course, being part of our Sales team, we reward on successes.
