Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar (Temporary Workforce Solutions)360 Personnel is a leading Australian recruitment agency with a strong national footprint and a proven track record in delivering tailored workforce solutions. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our professional staffing division in Newcastle NSW, specialising in blue-collar temporary placements. This role is well suited to a driven, client-focused recruitment professional who brings strong commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering high-quality service outcomes.About the RoleIn this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and candidates across the construction, manufacturing and transport sectors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant workforce solutions while upholding our service standards and organisational values.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting structured candidate interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding and ongoing assignment management.Identifying new business opportunities whilst maintaining strong consultative relationships with existing clients, providing informed hiring advice and workforce planning insights.Working both independently and collaboratively to achieve team and individual performance targets.Managing competing priorities within a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.What We’re Looking For3+ years’ proven recruitment and consulting experience in a similar blue-collar temp recruitment role.Strong interviewing skills and a solid grasp of recruitment processes, with the ability to interpret client needs and recommend the right hiring strategies.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively, consistently meeting performance expectations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.Experience across construction, manufacturing, or transport (highly regarded).A degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential).Why work for us:Our people are critical in ensuring that we deliver on our vision.
