The business has established itself as a leading player in the Technology and Defence sectors, working with hedge funds, defence contractors, and software-driven organizations across the East Coast.Following a year of strong performance and growth, the Philadelphia office is scaling rapidly and looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team.The OpportunityThis is a full 360 recruitment role — managing the entire process from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, qualification, and placement. Consultants are empowered to run their own desks with autonomy, supported by a collaborative leadership team and world-class resources.You’ll join a growing US operation with 20+ consultants across Philadelphia and Tampa, reporting into a respected leader who has successfully built high-performing teams in both the UK and US markets.What You’ll Be DoingBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships across the Technology and Defence industriesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to offer managementIdentifying and qualifying top technical talent (Software Development, Cyber, DevOps, etc.)Driving performance through a consultative and proactive approachCollaborating with senior recruiters and delivery support teams to achieve goalsWhat’s On OfferBase salary: $50,000–$70,000 depending on experienceMarket-leading commission scheme: 7.5%–35%, no threshold – one of the strongest on the East CoastClear progression: Consultant → Lead → Senior → PrincipalRealistic OTEs:Year 1: $100k–$150kYear 2: $150k–$200kYear 3: $200k+A modern, performance-driven culture where success is celebrated and rewardedOpportunity to grow into leadership or contract management roles as the team scalesWho They’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (Tech, Cyber, Software, Defence, or similar)Strong business development skills — must be a true 360 recruiterCompetitive, money-motivated, and coachableConfident communicator with a high level of professionalism and driveKeen to be part of a growing US success story in an exciting marketWhy Philadelphia?Philadelphia offers a thriving, up-and-coming tech scene without the oversaturation of NYC.
