We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant based in Singapore who will implement 360° recruitment from client acquisition to candidate placement.As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for providing quality service to candidates and clients. The plans will detail definitions, policies, implementation techniques, research and development to be undertaken, competitive analysis and the ongoing assessment criteria.Ensuring integration and co-ordination of activities with other service lines.Adhering to the principles whereby their CATM (Controlled Account Territory Management) accounts are assigned and ensuring appropriate client servicing programs are maintained and monitored for the effective functioning of a key account program for existing and potential accounts.Telemarketing calls to existing and potential accounts and the implementation of promotional activities in accordance with marketing plans.Maintaining an acceptable public relations image with our clients, the general public and government agencies. Service/OperationalEnsuring each client and candidate is provided with a professional, timely, quality service at all times.Maintaining strict confidentiality on all client and candidate information.Negotiating and gaining a full and comprehensive job brief that outlines the position requirements, corporate culture, skills, abilities, competencies and experience required.Conducting a comprehensive database search for all active candidates.Preparing effective advertisements and effective screening of candidates through proper assessment and selection process.Thorough interviewing of candidates utilising Behavioural Description Interviewing (BDI) techniques and assessing them using the appropriate skills or aptitude technologies.Effective reference checking of candidates to ensure suitability of candidates.Ensuring that the client receives a selection of only the very best candidates for the position.Ensuring that the client company and position is accurately presented to the candidate and the candidate is presented to the client in a professional and forthright manner highlighting their strengths, weaknesses and future potential as determined by the various Drake selection method.Providing a follow-up service to the client and candidate after the candidate starts their new position to ensure that the placement has been successful and the completion of the probationary period/guarantee period coverageEnsuring that all documentation is completed accurately and within required time frames including invoicing documentation.Collecting outstanding accounts and ensuring the clients awareness of their credit status with Drake.Providing client companies with ongoing support and information relating to the hiring, selection, training and ongoing development of staff to ensure maximum productivity.Answer all candidate enquiries in a truthful, non-discriminatory manner ensuring that each candidate has an equal opportunity to be considered for any available positions.Providing candidates with every opportunity to be presented to positions they are suitable for based on skills, competency and interest in the position.Ensuring candidates are well prepared for interviews with Drake clients.Ensuring that candidate files are well maintained, up to date and treated with strict confidentiality.FinancialReporting weekly, monthly and quarterly regarding current results and objectives, plan versus actual workloads, results and ratios, variance from standard performance, corrective action plans.Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes To be successful in this role, you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B Sales/Business Development required. Recruitment experience is desired.Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer service and negotiation ability (with candidates and clients).Demonstrated experience in sales/operational background in a service industry. Strong record of accomplishment in achieving service and revenue objectives.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and personally motivated.Strong ability in problem solving ability, planning and organizing.Relates to all employees with fairness and respect; creates a team spirit and is able to work cross-functionally across internal departments to achieve branch and corporate goals.Has work authorization in Singapore for a hybrid setup.
