We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow our Financial Services desk. This role is commercial, fast-paced and suited to someone with a strong business development instinct and an uncompromising commitment to quality.ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand a portfolio of European Financial Services clients through proactive outreach and market mapping.Win new mandates and manage client relationships across banking, asset management, private equity and corporate finance.Deliver high-quality search execution: sourcing, interviewing, assessing and presenting shortlisted candidates.Manage full recruitment cycles with discipline.
