Job Description:We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our Dubai office - you will specialize in C-Suite and critical hiring and you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing expert talent for prestigious organizations across a wide range of industries. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the search process while focusing on C-Suite and critical positions.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract highly qualified candidates for C-Suite and critical positions.Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach, networking events, and personalized communication to understand their career aspirations and motivations.Assessment and Screening: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume reviews, competency-based interviews, and skills evaluations, to ensure alignment with client requirements and cultural fit.Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and specific requirements for senior appointments, providing strategic insights and recommendations throughout the recruitment processMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the Saudi Arabian market to advise clients and identify potential recruitment opportunities.Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle using our internal systems and tools.Candidate Placement: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative recruitment strategies through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level professionalsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive attitude with a keen interest in Executive SearchAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.Compensation PackageAED 2,000/month during the initial 4-month InternshipAED 3,500/month in the 5th & 6th month of the Internship if extendedAED 6,000/month when going to a full-time position in the 7th monthQuarterly commission based on individual performance.Office HoursMonday to Thursday in the office: 9AM - 5PMFriday Work from Home: 9AM - 5PM
