This role is for us at Invision HR!Summary:This role will manage Recruitment from end-to-end for numerous positions across various industries. You will be the 2nd addition to our recruitment portfolio within our HR consultancy. You will be responsible for all things talent and recruitment - from administration to client relationship management. You will need to be comfortable working independently and you will form a key part to building the Recruitment Portfolio of our business.Reporting To: Managing DirectorLocation: Cape TownSchedule: Monday - FridayWork Set-up: Remote Working (ad hoc visits to clients around Cape Town)Responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementBuild & maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, their existing teams, etcCollaborate with clients to define job specification, qualifications, and competencies. Collaborate with clients in selection decisions that align with the company values and cultureAssist with building/guiding the Employer Brand and Talent Pipelines for multiple clientsBe a dependable contact point for all clients regarding recruitmentRecruitment Process ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment process, including:Research on suitable recruitment platforms per position,Market research for job specification and salary brackets,Drafting of job specifications,Job postings on platforms,Candidate sourcing strategies outside of traditional attraction methods,Screening of candidates (emails, calls, virtual, etc),Interview coordination, Offer preparation and negotiations, regretting of candidates,Provide regular status updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights. Ensure the candidate experience is managed to a high standardEnsure a smooth transition from Hiring to Onboarding with support from the HR Generalist team leading the clients Onboarding processIndustry ExpertiseDemonstrate an understanding of and recruitment experience in the below industries:Petrochemical, Oil & gas, Construction, EngineeringWholesale / RetailPublic Relations & CommunicationsHospitality / TourismAgriculture TechnologyLeverage industry knowledge to identify hiring and placement trends, potential talent pools, etcConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent landscapeAttend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional connections. Systems / Platforms:Google Suite & Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Workable (or other ATS's)LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platformsCanva, Toggl, Asana & ClickUpRequirementsA passion for Recruitment / Talent Sourcing and PlacementAt least 4 years experience in a similar role Qualification in Human Resources is advantageous Experience in recruiting for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry is advantageousSuperb understanding of the holistic recruitment process, talent acquisition strategies, and HR / Recruitment best practices.
